Summary and scope
17/4/2026 3:00 PM AET Clarence Valley Council invites proposals from suitably qualified transport and urban design consultants to prepare a Movement and Place Plan for Yamba. The Plan will provide a clear framework for how Yambas streets and public spaces should function in the future, balancing safe and efficient movement with place quality, coastal character and community life. Yambas limited access points, constrained corridors and growing visitor numbers contribute to congestion, safety and amenity challenges. The community seeks a safer, more walkable and better-connected town, while maintaining appropriate access for residents, businesses, freight and tourism. This Plan will guide future planning, investment and decision-making. Friday 17 April 2026 at 3pm by electronic submission. Please note that this Tender is also advertised on VendorPanel.
