Summary and scope

The City of Playford (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of the Minor Stormwater Works Program 2026/27. The works comprise stormwater pipe relining and civil drainage construction at four locations within the Council area: · Park Lake Boulevard, Blakeview — relining of approximately 30 m of existing stormwater pipe. · Olinda Street, Craigmore — replacement of approximately 15 m of existing pipe with new 375 mm pipe, installation of a new junction box, and relining of approximately 100 m of existing stormwater pipe. · Abercrombie Court, Hillbank — relining of approximately 74 m of existing stormwater pipe, including clearing of obstructions and associated works. · Dimboola Crescent, Craigmore — alternative pricing is required for Option A (relining of the three existing stormwater pipes) and Option B (full replacement with new 375 mm pipes, including modification or replacement of affected pits and reinstatement of kerb, driveway crossovers, pavement and verge). Council intends to proceed with one treatment option only at Dimboola Crescent. The preferred option will be selected on the basis of cost, constructability, risk, asset outcome and overall value for money.
