💧 Tender Overview: Green Square Water Reuse Scheme (GSWRS) O&M Services The Council of the City of Sydney is inviting experienced service providers to submit tenders for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services of the Green Square Water Reuse Scheme (GSWRS). This critical infrastructure project is currently undergoing an upgrade to increase capacity to approximately 1,250 kL/day, supporting the City's long-term sustainability and water efficiency goals. 🛠 Scope of Work The successful contractor will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the GSWRS, including: Asset Management: Operation and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), stormwater harvesting, conveyance infrastructure, storage tanks, and reticulation networks. Technical Operations: Routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance, remote system monitoring, and control system management. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring full adherence to regulatory, environmental, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards. Operational Support: Water quality monitoring, chemical supply, performance reporting, and emergency fault response. 📋 Requirements & Qualifications Demonstrated capability in managing complex water treatment and distribution infrastructure.
