💧 Tender Overview: Green Square Water Reuse Scheme (GSWRS) O&M Services The Council of the City of Sydney is inviting experienced service providers to submit tenders for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services of the Green Square Water Reuse Scheme (GSWRS). This critical infrastructure project is currently undergoing an upgrade to increase capacity to approximately 1,250 kL/day, supporting the City's long-term sustainability and water efficiency goals. 🛠Scope of Work The successful contractor will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the GSWRS, including: Asset Management: Operation and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), stormwater harvesting, conveyance infrastructure, storage tanks, and reticulation networks. Technical Operations: Routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance, remote system monitoring, and control system management. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring full adherence to regulatory, environmental, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards. Operational Support: Water quality monitoring, chemical supply, performance reporting, and emergency fault response. 📋 Requirements & Qualifications Demonstrated capability in managing complex water treatment and distribution infrastructure. Ability to meet stringent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as outlined in the tender documentation. Commitment to safety, reliability, and cost-effective service delivery.
