15/7/2026 11:00 AM AET Introduction and Project Overview The City of Sydney (the City) invites Requests for Tender for the carrying out of Bay Street Depot Enabling Works - Workspace Fit out in accordance with this request. The Bay Street Depot is the City's oldest working depot, operating continuously for over 100 years. The site has been expanded and developed progressively in response to population growth and changes in technology and operational requirements. The City intends to relocate Infrastructure Services team's existing operational staff, plant and equipment and facilities, including office and workshop spaces for the interim depot in Bay Street Depot (Western side) and Alexandra Canal Depot (ACD). Works will be undertaken on two sites as outlined below: Site 1: Bay Street Depot, 10-16 Bay Street, Ultimo NSW 2007 Site 2: Alexandra Canal Depot (ACD), 67c Bourke Road, Alexandra NSW 2015 Refer to Part B Specification and Performance and Appendices for further details. Tenderers must submit their response in the manner required by this document. The City is committed to creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owned businesses.
