Natural Gas Supply to CSIRO Managed Sites

Summary and scope

The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) through this Request for Tender (RFT) is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of natural gas supply for CSIRO-managed large and small market sites in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW), South Australia (SA), Victoria (VIC), and Western Australia (WA). This RFT process will be undertaken through a multi-staged process in accordance with Stages 1 and 2 outlined in this clause. Stage 1 will be open for 25 calendar days, and the subsequent Stage 2 will open for 5 business days. Note: Retailers will not be required to provide pricing as part of Stage 1 of this RFT process. Stage 1: Retailers will be required to submit 'Attachment A – SOR and TRS (Statement of Requirements and Tender Response Schedules) – Stage 1' (this document) completed in full, inclusive of providing a: a. signed Retailer's Deed b. Terms and Conditions /Contract (Contract) ready for acceptance and execution by CSIRO. Stage 2: Post CSIRO's evaluation of Responses received for Stage 1, shortlisted Retailers will be invited to participate in Stage 2 of the RFT process, where they will be asked to provide pricing for the supply of natural gas to the nominated CSIRO sites for 12, 24 and 36-months arrangements.
