Yarrawonga South Road – Sewer Pump Station Replacement Design & Construct

🏗️ Project Overview North East Water is seeking a Principal Contractor to undertake the Design and Construct (D&C) of the Yarrawonga South Road Sewer Pump Station replacement. This project involves the full lifecycle of the pump station, from design through to construction and decommissioning of existing infrastructure. 🛠️ Scope of Works The successful contractor will be responsible for: Pump Station Construction: Installation of a package pump station (wet well 2.25m x 7m) with duty/standby submersible pumps. Infrastructure Upgrades: Installation of a new valve pit, flow meter chamber, odour control unit, and switchboard. Piping & Diversion: Diversion of existing gravity mains and installation of a new rising main. Decommissioning: Demolition of the existing pump station building, valve pit filling, and grout filling of 50m of existing DN225 gravity inlet pipework and associated manholes. 📋 Mandatory Requirements Site Briefing: A mandatory site briefing and inspection will be held on 18 June 2026 at 02:00 pm at 80 South Road, Yarrawonga, Victoria. Prerequisites: Attendance at the briefing and a site visit are mandatory prerequisites for bid submission and consideration.
