🏗️ Project Overview The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for Earthworks and Services related to the new RIA Worker Accommodation project. This tender focuses on site preparation and utility infrastructure development on Rottnest Island (Wadjemup). 📋 Scope of Work The project encompasses: Land Preparation Services: Site clearing, grading, and earthworks. Underground Utilities: Installation and construction of essential utility services. 📍 Key Requirements Aboriginal Participation: This tender includes mandatory Aboriginal Participation Requirements. Site Visit: A non-mandatory but highly recommended site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at 8:30 AM at the RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café).
