Youth Bail Support Model provides a service to children, young people and their families to support children and young people on bail in Tasmania. Support includes: Attendance to and at court. Understanding the underlying drivers of offending and wellbeing needs of the child or young person to assess and respond appropriately. Listening to the voices of children, young people and their families to provide them with the confidence and skills to meet their needs and reduce their offending behaviour. Referral to service providers to meet the identified needs of the child or young person. Working collaboratively with services across the Youth Justice continuum.
