The Malliotis Blvd parcel is approximately 5,500mĀ² and contains existing modular buildings including office, accommodation and kitchen/toilet facilities, surrounded with in situ verandas and carports. With relatively minor refurbishment works, the site could be significantly modernised and improved and again provide appropriate office accommodation for the Departments Opal Fields Regulation Team.
