The Department of Human Services is seeking to select supplier(s) with the necessary skills, experience, technical depth and local presence to provide the following services: ongoing maintenance of software as currently managed by DHS ICT Application teams, where DHS ICT Application teams do not have capacity or skills ('Software maintenanceâ); development of software or enhancements where DHS ICT Application teams do not have capacity or skills (âSoftware developmentâ) Architecture and design services within the Microsoft technology space (âarchitecture servicesâ) Holistic management of a given solution or platform to support an individual business unitâs need, for example ROMS and FSP, or DHSâs SharePoint environment covering Administration and maintenance Monitoring and support Development and enhancements Governance and compliance Migration and upgrades Training and adoption
