NORTHERN WATER PROJECT - INDEPENDENT CERTIFIERThe Department for Infrastructure and Transport is pleased to issue this Registration of Interest (ROI) to commence the procurement process for selecting a suitably experienced Independent Certifier (IC), for the Northern Water Project (the Project).
