Bus Stop Infrastructure - Construction and Maintenance

Summary and scope

The Department of Transport & Planning (DTP) is seeking to procure providers to manage and perform the maintenance and construction of bus stops across Victoria. It comprises of:Bus Stop Maintenance services of 27,000 active bus stops throughout Victoria to cover inspection of bus stops, scheduled and reactive maintenance services, installing totems and updating timetables, new wayfinding information, disruption notices and management of temporary stops and other related services.Bus Stop Construction and related works including design, supply and construction (including upgrades, removals and re-location) of bus stops, ranging from up to 300 bus stop constructions and 40-50 upgrades per annum.This Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) will:Provide information to the Respondents about this opportunity;Invite Respondents to submit EOIs;Receive relevant information from the market about contract scope, key opportunities and risks;Set out the Evaluation Criteria against which DTP will evaluate each EOI to select Shortlisted Respondents to then participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.
