Recruitment Agents for Internationally Qualified Health Professionals

Summary and scope

The Department of Health (DoH) seeks to establish a panel of qualified and experienced suppliers to provide recruitment services for International Qualified Health Professionals. Suppliers will be required to source, screen, and facilitate the placement of IQHP, based overseas or already residing in Australia (arriving within the past 12 months), into salaried roles across the WA health system. Contactors will be required to provide the following services as part of a set base fee: Candidate Engagement and Screening.Role Matching and Customer Liaison.Registration Support.Ongoing Candidate Management. Respondents must be able to provide the base services in order to submit an Offer however the Request will include the option for Respondents to select additional services. Respondents must hold a valid Employment Agent’s Licence in accordance with the Employment Agents Act 1976 (WA) prior to contract award.
