Summary and scope
The Office for Early Childhood Development (OECD) is seeking the services of an experienced lead supplier (or consortia) to deliver a coaching program. The supplier will enter into subcontracting arrangements in order to assemble a panel of coaches with diverse relevant sector knowledge. The panel will deliver a bespoke coaching program to early childhood education and care service providers and services aimed at operational leaders, educational leaders, educators and teachers. It will result in sustained high quality service delivery and lift services' ability to participate meaningfully in OECD's programs and the reform agenda set out by the Royal Commission into Early Childhood Education and Care.
