### 📋 Key Requirements & Scope
The scope covers five locations, including the Sydney Domain Campus (Naala Badu & Naala Nura), Brett Whiteley Studio, and off-site storage facilities in Riverwood and other locations. Responsibilities include:
* **Core Cleaning:** Internal public spaces, back offices, and external areas up to 4 meters.
* **Consumables:** Procurement and management of toilet tissues, towels, and soaps.
* **Waste Management:** Collection of wet/dry rubbish and supporting recycling initiatives.
* **Specialized Services:** Carpet, glass, high-pressure, and curtain cleaning.
* *Note: Artwork cleaning is strictly excluded from this scope.*
