### 🏛️ Project Overview The Art Gallery of NSW (AGNSW) has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) for comprehensive **cleaning services** across five distinct sites. This opportunity encompasses core cleaning, consumable management, and specialized hygiene services for high-profile cultural institutions. The contract is expected to run through July 2030, requiring a partner capable of maintaining meticulous presentation standards in sensitive environments. ### 📋 Key Requirements & Scope The scope covers five locations, including the Sydney Domain Campus (Naala Badu & Naala Nura), Brett Whiteley Studio, and off-site storage facilities in Riverwood and other locations. Responsibilities include: * **Core Cleaning:** Internal public spaces, back offices, and external areas up to 4 meters. * **Consumables:** Procurement and management of toilet tissues, towels, and soaps. * **Waste Management:** Collection of wet/dry rubbish and supporting recycling initiatives. * **Specialized Services:** Carpet, glass, high-pressure, and curtain cleaning. * *Note: Artwork cleaning is strictly excluded from this scope.* ### 🏢 Qualifications & Capabilities Bidders must demonstrate significant experience in servicing **museums, galleries, or similar public buildings**. Key evaluation criteria include workforce stability, low staff turnover, robust supervision models, and transparent reporting mechanisms. Due to the nature of the industry, compliance with **Modern Slavery** reporting and **Social Procurement (SME Policy)** is mandatory. ### 🎯 Desired Outcomes The Gallery seeks a contractor that ensures an elevated level of presentation while maintaining staffing continuity. The goal is to establish a high-quality, tailored cleaning solution that respects the sensitive nature of art-filled spaces and provides a seamless experience for patrons and staff alike.
