Blacktown City Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) for the **Phase 1 Analysis & Discovery** stage of its Enterprise Mobility Project. This initiative aims to digitally transform field workforce operations by leveraging **TechnologyOne Field Apps** to manage over 70,000 infrastructure assets across 150 crews.
#### 🎯 Project Goals & Scope
The primary objective is to modernize field operations by:
* **Eliminating paper-based processes** and improving real-time visibility of asset conditions and work progress.
* **Integrating systems** including TechnologyOne EAM, GIS, CRM, and financial platforms.
* **Enhancing data quality** and enabling accurate job costing at the work order level.
* **Ensuring compliance** with WHS and Chain of Responsibility standards.
The scope for this EOI includes conducting stakeholder workshops, assessing current business processes, analyzing integration requirements, and delivering a comprehensive, costed **Return Brief** to inform the Phase 2 implementation.
