### 📱 Enterprise Mobility Project – Phase 1 (Analysis & Discovery) Blacktown City Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified IT consultancies to undertake the **Analysis & Discovery phase** of its Enterprise Mobility Project. This initiative aims to modernize field workforce operations by leveraging **TechnologyOne Field Apps** to support over 150 crews managing more than 70,000 infrastructure assets. #### 🎯 Project Goals * **Digital Transformation:** Transition from paper-based operations to a digital, real-time environment. * **System Integration:** Seamlessly connect field operations with TechnologyOne EAM, GIS, CRM, and financial systems. * **Operational Efficiency:** Improve asset data quality, lifecycle management, and job costing accuracy. * **Compliance & Experience:** Ensure adherence to WHS and Chain of Responsibility standards while enhancing customer service through real-time updates. #### 📋 Key Requirements * **Panel Membership:** Respondents **must** be registered on the **NSW Government SCM0020 – ICT Services Panel**. * **Scope:** The successful partner will conduct stakeholder workshops, assess current business processes, analyze integration requirements, and deliver a comprehensive, costed Return Brief for Phase 2 implementation. * **Submission:** This is an EOI stage; detailed technical solutions and pricing are not required at this time.
