Summary and scope
The Opportunity Through this Expression of Interest (EOI) process, East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS), the building owner and property manager, is seeking service providers that are interested in occupying the Byford Health Hub (‘the Hub’) under a lease or licence agreement to deliver one or more of the following services at low or no cost to consumers: Episodic urgent careLimited medical imaging (i.e. mobile X-ray with or without general ultrasound) to support the Hub's episodic urgent care service There is also the potential for these services to be complemented by primary care. Pending the Applicant's preferred service model, community referrals for limited medical imaging (i.e. beyond referrals from the Hub's episodic urgent care service) could also be accepted without the expectation of being low or no cost to consumers
