ποΈ Project Overview The Western Australian Government, through the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage, is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the acquisition and development of approximately 18 hectares of state-owned land in Rockingham. This initiative, managed under the Market-led Proposals (MLP) Policy, aims to accelerate housing supply to support the growing workforce in the region, particularly in response to the expansion of the defence sector and AUKUS personnel requirements. π― Scope and Requirements Respondents are expected to provide: Integrated Precinct Vision: Concept-level details for housing, commercial, employment, and open space uses. Development Staging: A phased approach to delivery over time.
