### 🏗️ Project Overview Melbourne Water is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the **Eastern Treatment Plant Sludge Dewatering Upgrade (ETPSDU)**. This project focuses on the provision of **Design & Construct services** to enhance sludge dewatering capabilities at the facility. This is a critical infrastructure project aimed at improving wastewater treatment efficiency. ### 📋 Key Requirements * **Procurement Platform:** All submissions must be managed through the **Zycus** procurement system (Event ID: 1222088984). * **Confidentiality:** Interested parties must submit an unamended, executed confidentiality deed poll via the Zycus portal to gain access to detailed project documentation. * **Industry Briefing:** An in-person briefing session is scheduled for **Wednesday, 29 April 2026**, at Melbourne Water's Head Office in Docklands, VIC. ### 🎯 Desired Outcomes Melbourne Water intends to shortlist qualified respondents based on this EOI process.
