Provision for Drupal and Digital Experience Platform Services

Summary and scope

The Department of Finance is establishing a new Government Content Management System (GovCMS) Drupal and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Services Panel Arrangement through an open Approach to Market (ATM). This ATM will create a panel of specialists to provide Commonwealth, state, territory, and local government entities with digital experience, content personalisation, training, support, and Drupal services across the following three categories: Category 1 General Drupal and Digital Experience Services covers professional services such as strategic advisory, UX and design, Drupal development, integration, content migration, support and digital standards compliance. Category 2 Fixed Price Drupal and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) Service Packages including website assessments, accessibility audits, application support, discovery and design activities, implementation projects, support retainers and training. Category 3 Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Content Personalisation and Integrated Solutions - software and tools, including analytics, search, digital asset management, automation and other tools that help agencies delivery more engaging and user-focused online services
