### 📋 Scope of Requirements
The successful tenderer will be responsible for:
* **Emergency Planning:** Development of site-specific Evacuation Diagrams and Emergency Response Procedures.
* **Training & Support:** Providing training materials for Emergency Officers, conducting virtual/remote reviews, and facilitating post-incident debriefs.
* **Ongoing Management:** Delivering quarterly skills bulletins, supporting the Emergency Planning Committee, and providing regular reporting and ad-hoc advisory services.
* **Project Planning:** Submission of an annual Project Plan detailing work schedules for the upcoming 12-month period.
