### 🎯 Scope and Deliverables
The program seeks proposals for community-based, Aboriginal-led services that provide support across three critical stages of the criminal justice system:
* **Bail Application:** Assisting individuals in accessing necessary supports during the bail application process.
* **Bail Compliance:** Providing support to help individuals successfully complete their bail conditions.
* **Transition:** Offering support during the transition out of remand.
### 📋 Key Requirements
* **Eligibility:** Applicants must be Aboriginal organisations capable of delivering culturally led services.
* **Confidentiality:** Completion of a **Deed of Confidentiality** is mandatory to access the RFA Part A (Specification) and Part B (Conditions of Participation).
* **Compulsory Briefing:** A mandatory online briefing session is scheduled for **2 PM AEST, Thursday 16 April 2026**. Registration requires submitting attendee details to `cv.grantsandprocurement@justice.vic.gov.au` by 12 PM, Wednesday 15 April 2026.
