16/4/2026 10:30 AM AET Council is now inviting Tenders for the provision of design and construction for the Hornsby Park Embellishments (HPE) Hornsby Park, Old Mans Valley - Bike Jumps and Pump Track. Section 2 - Specifications provides further detail, including Compulsory pre-tender site visit and Council's requirement regarding the Scope of Works. All interested parties are invited to submit Tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender. Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender. Tenders must be in writing and must contain the documents, information and details as set out in these Conditions of Tender. A Tender must be lodged electronically in one (1) part via the TenderLink portal for Tender submissions prior to the Closing Time as set out in the Tender documents. The Tender must include all of the Non-Price documents and Schedules and completed Pricing Schedule to be submitted in the Excel Workbook as detailed in Section 3 of the Request for Tender. The Tender must be clearly labelled as: Hornsby Park, Old Mans Valley - Bike Jumps and Pump Track RFT06/2026 "Contractor Name" and must only be lodged via the TenderLink portal in the electronic tender box. Failure to lodge according to these requirements may result in a Tender being deemed a Non-Conforming Tender, which may be set aside from further consideration at Council's absolute discretion. A Circulation Works REF was completed for Council assessment and approval, in order for the works to proceed to Tender and construction. The Circulation Works REF can be accessed at: click here Relevant sections of the REF are incorporated into Section 2 - Specifications. Compliance with the REF (and specific detailed requirements for individual works packages) will be a prerequisite for all Tenders. Site Meeting Information Participation in this RFT does not provide the required approvals to access the site. Respondents shall attend one of the following compulsory pre-tender submission site visits: 01 April 2026 from 1.00pm to 2.00pm. OR 08 April 2026 from 1.00pm to 2.00pm. Meeting point will be on site, with access from Bridge Road, Hornsby.
