Natural Gas (Large Sites)

Summary and scope

HealthShare Victoria (HSV) invites responses for the provision of retail natural gas services to participating health services. This requirement is for 116 sites, projected to consume about 2.48PJ, on the Victorian Declared Transmission System including Albury Base Hospital (NSW) which is part of Albury Wodonga Health, a Victorian health service plus Bairnsdale Reqional Health Service on the Eastern Gas Pipeline.Thirty six sites have basic meters and account for approximately 4.7% of projected consumption. There are hospital sites on non-DTS pipelines. Not all retailers can supply to these sites but information is provided in the event retail services under a HSV agreement can be provided. Quoting for these sites is optional, recognising that carriage rights are limited on non-DTS pipelines.
