### 🏠 Project Overview Homes NSW is inviting proposals for the **CHP Partnership Project in Camden (LAHC 2026/105)**. This initiative seeks to appoint a Tier 1 Community Housing Provider (CHP) or a consortium led by a Tier 1 CHP to act as the delivery partner and property manager for a new social and affordable housing development.
