Summary and scope
Council has received grant funding to undertake extensive works at the Swan Reach Boat Ramp. Refer to scope map for outline of area included within each scope. Please note that not all scope of works is required to be tendered for e.g. Scope 1 and 2 can be tendered for only or scope 3, 4 and 5 only. The council will enter into a Works Agreement with the successful Tenderer/s. It is intended to seek tenders for five (5) separate scope items which will concurrently be assessed and awarded to one or more tenderers. Each scope is subject to Council approval, authorisation and awarding.
