Summary and scope

Request for TenderA supplier is required to offer and provide redeployment and career transition support to surplus Teaching Service and Victorian Public Service employees, with additional services to support schools in their workforce planning efforts and acquisition of staff. This will include providing coaching, mentoring, one on one sessions, workshops, and application reviews for surplus employees to assist finding them suitable work. Additionally, the supplier will need to provide further support on as needed basis, such as to teachers for professional development, and principals for leadership development.The full documentation for this RFQ is not published on the Buying for Victoria Tenders Portal.
