Request for Tender The department is seeking Educational Needs Analysis (ENA) and Allied Health Assessments (AHA) for students in in Out of Home Care (OoHC) at government schools, Catholic Schools or independent schools across Victoria between September 2026 and December 2027. This 15-month period allows for a program establishment period of three months which will enable the provider to onboard staff and plan for implementation in 2027. There is an option of 2 x one-year extensions to December 2029.
