Provision of Security Guarding Services

Summary and scope

The National Gallery of Australia is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver comprehensive security guarding services across its main Gallery site and an offsite storage facility in the ACT. Services include on-site guarding, site supervision, mobile patrols, on-demand security control room support, emergency response, event and VIP security, contractor escorts, and security support for capital works. The services must protect visitors, staff, contractors, the national collection, buildings and infrastructure while supporting a safe, welcoming and professional public environment. The successful supplier must provide appropriately licensed, trained and vetted personnel and deliver the services in accordance with defined service levels, performance standards and reporting requirements.
