### 🛡️ Tender Overview The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in South Australia is seeking an **authorised Filigran reseller** to supply, implement, and support the **OpenCTI Cyber Threat Intelligence Platform (CTIP)**. This initiative aims to significantly uplift the whole-of-government threat intelligence capabilities. ### 📋 Scope of Work The successful bidder will be responsible for: * **Licensing & Subscription:** Provision of OpenCTI software licenses. * **Implementation Services:** Full SaaS implementation, including configuration, onboarding, connector setup, comprehensive documentation, and handover. * **Managed Services:** Ongoing platform maintenance, monitoring, system updates, connector health management, incident response, and operational assurance. ### 💡 Key Requirements * **Authorization:** Bidders must be a Filigran-authorised reseller. * **Contract Term:** 3 years with a 2-year optional extension (total 5 years). * **Marketplace Flexibility:** The OCIO is open to offers via cloud service marketplaces.
