The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) is seeking proposals for **Engineering Advisory Services** to support the **Graylands Campus Project (GCP)** in Western Australia. This project is a critical component of the Graylands Reconfiguration Program (GRP), aimed at addressing forensic and civil mental health infrastructure shortages.
### ๐ Scope of Work
The successful tenderer will provide expert technical advice and oversight throughout the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Design and Construct (D&C) phases of the project. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert engineering oversight for the duration of the GCP.
* Supporting the Stateโs Project Team (OMID, Department of Health, and North Metropolitan Health Service).
* Assisting with critical infrastructure interdependencies, including the relocation of the Claremont Therapeutic Riding Centre (CTRC) and upgrades to HV, communications, water, and fire mains systems.
