Summary and scope
ACTCS is committed to ensuring detainees at the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC) have access to education and training courses. This procurement is to continue the delivery of participate in safe food handling practices training. This course will equip detainees with required skills and knowledge to handle food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service and disposal of food contributing to safer work environments and enhancing employment readiness across a range of industries when reintegrating into the ACT Community.
