The ATO is seeking to engage supplier(s) to design, deliver and evaluate two distinct leadership development programs: • Program 1 – EL2 Talent Development Program (Enterprise Readiness) • Program 2 – SES Talent Development Program (System Stewardship) While a single procurement process will be used, the programs are not interchangeable and must be clearly differentiated in purpose, design and level of challenge.
