Summary and scope
This procurement seeks a suitably qualified applicant to establish and deliver the National Coordination and Strategy Function for the National Pulse Expansion, Improvement and Adoption Program. The successful provider will work with the Regional Pulse RD&E to baseline adoption, understand barriers and drivers of adoption and set strategic evidence-based adoption targets for key pulses in each agroecological zone. The provider will coordinate national meetings and support Regional pulse RD&E projects with reporting processes and plans as well as drive the two-way sharing of information and key learnings between the Regional pulse RD&E projects and other key GRDC investments in pulses.
