The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is seeking professional services for the preparation of an **Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (ACHAR)** and an **Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP)** application. ### 🎯 Project Scope & Requirements
Following a due diligence scoping exercise that identified a high density of Aboriginal cultural heritage, this project addresses the need for assessment due to:
* **Flood Damage:** Impacted assets including fire trails, boundary fencing, and buildings.
* **Future Development:** Assessment requirements for proposed recreational infrastructure, such as formalised camping grounds and day-use areas.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the assessment, including:
* Stakeholder consultation and desktop assessment.
* Fieldwork, data analysis, and mapping.
* Formal reporting and AHIP application submission.
