Summary and scope

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake electrical upgrade works at Mount Claremont Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the following:. Site preparation for new Western Power substationRetaining wallNew SMSBExisting SMSB (Former SMSB)Existing Library DB incoming submainsExisting Distribution Centre incoming submainsUnderground conduits and pits systemsSubstation site preparationProvide switchboard shop drawings within two weeks of appointmentDemolition worksRemoval and reinstatement of surfacesAlterations to irrigation Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Tender. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein. Works must be completed during the December 25 to January 26 school break. The School also hosts a Farmers Market every Saturday, so no works can be scheduled for Saturdays.
