Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a power upgrade at Neerigen Brook Primary School, as part of the Electrical Upgrade Roofing Program. The Work includes but is not limited to the supply, the delivery to site, storing, and installation and testing of the Electrical Services systems listed below and as per the Consultant’s specifications. Modification of SMSBNew Administration DB to replace existing DBNew Library DB to replace existing DBNew DB at Block B to replace existing DBUnderground conduit and pit systemTesting and Commissioning.Make good to the wall, building entry point and floor after DB replacement Works during term break preferred. School to confirm whether work can be carried out during term.
