Summary and scope
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake electrical upgrades at the below two (2) DOE nominated sites: Kewdale Primary SchoolSerpentine Primary School The Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of switchboards, new pits, and replacement of conduits and cabling. Works to be carried out outside of school operating times, with school holidays preferable.
