Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Mechanical Services Upgrade at Attadale Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing evaporative coolers, gas fired heaters and reverse cycle AC systems that are greater than 5 years of age, and the provision of new reverse cycle air conditioning and mechanical outside air ventilation systems.
