The **Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO)** is seeking professional engineering services for the **Nuclear Medicine Facility** project in Sydney, NSW. This Request for Tender (RFT) covers two distinct service streams: **Process Design and Design Integration (PDDI)** and **Process Design Peer Review (PDPR)**.
#### 📋 Scope of Work
* **Process Engineering & Architecture:** Integration of hot cells, contamination control strategies, and GMP-compliant architectural design.
* **Design Integration:** Coordination between building designers and major equipment vendors (MEV), including engineering requirements tracing and RAM (Reliability, Accessibility, Maintainability) analysis.
* **Compliance & Licensing:** Support for TGA approval, GMP compliance, and development of commissioning, qualification, and validation plans.
* **Peer Review:** Independent assurance that designs align with ANSTO requirements, regulatory expectations, and radiation safety standards.
#### 🏗️ Key Requirements
* **Experience:** Tenderers must have acted in a Process Engineer/Architect role on nuclear or pharmaceutical projects valued over **$150M AUD** within the last 5 years.
* **Structure:** Joint ventures are not permitted. Suppliers may bid for PDDI, PDPR, or both.
* **Confidentiality:** Mandatory submission of a signed Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) to access sensitive information via Aconex.
