Please note that your submission must: Review the Scope of Works and inform us of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, and/or clarifications ASAP. This must be done BEFORE you submit your quote. Include a formal quote on your company letterhead, valid for 30 days; Include a price breakdown per trade type. Please use the ‘MDT Price Breakdown’ template provided. Provide your estimated Service Delivery Program (SDP) to include mobilisation time AND time to complete works; NOTE: If your company is not able to provide a quote submission, please reply to this email explaining briefly your reason/s: REASON FOR DECLINED (Tick ? below): A) Pricing..........................................?
