Dear Subcontractor, Lake Maintenance would like to request a quote for an upcoming project - kindly refer to the details below and the attached document(s) and ensure your quote covers the work required and adhere the to tech specs requirement. Please note that your submission must: Review the Scope of Works and inform us of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, and/or clarifications ASAP. This must be done BEFORE you submit your quote. Include a formal quote on your company letterhead, valid for 30 days; Include a price breakdown per trade type. Please use the ‘MDT Price Breakdown’ template provided. Provide your estimated Service Delivery Program (SDP) to include mobilisation time AND time to complete works; NOTE: If your company is not able to provide a quote submission, please reply to this email explaining briefly your reason/s: REASON FOR DECLINED (Tick ? below): A) Pricing..........................................?
