Provision of Security Services for PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA (Bentley Hospital)

Summary and scope

PathWest is seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of security services to support its operations at Bentley Hospital. The provision of security services is essential to ensure the safety and wellbeing of PathWest staff while performing pathology services in both collection rooms and high-risk areas, such as mental health wards. The successful Respondent will be required to provide two (2) security officers to manage potential risks, including verbal and physical aggression, ensuring a safe working environment. Security personnel will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence, providing immediate support to staff, and liaising with Bentley Hospital’s security team when required.
