This project aims to transform the site into a vibrant, mixed-use precinct. 🎯 Key Objectives & Scope The project focuses on delivering a comprehensive urban renewal plan, including: Mixed-Use Development: Integration of commercial, retail, education, and community facilities. Residential Growth: Delivery of at least 1,000 dwellings with diverse typologies. Affordable Housing: A minimum requirement of 15% affordable housing, with potential for up to 100%.
