🏗️ Project Overview Property and Development NSW is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) for the development of the Frenchs Forest Town Centre, located at 135 Frenchs Forest Road W, Frenchs Forest. This initiative aims to transform the area into a vibrant, mixed-use precinct. 🎯 Project Objectives The project focuses on several key urban development goals: Mixed-Use Integration: Creating a revitalised centre featuring commercial, retail, education, and community facilities. Housing Delivery: Providing a minimum of 1,000 dwellings with diverse typologies. Affordable Housing: A commitment to at least 15% affordable housing, with potential for up to 100%.
