Victorian Modular Classrooms Program (MCP) Supplier Panel RFT 📢 Tender Overview: The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), under the Department of Education, is establishing a multi-supplier Panel for the Modular Classrooms Program (MCP) spanning the 2026–2031 period. This initiative supports Victorian government schools by providing prefabricated modular buildings for enrolment growth, emergency replacements, and temporary accommodation during capital works. The existing fleet comprises over 7,000 buildings across 1,500 sites. 🏗️ Scope of Work & Deliverables: Contractors are sought to deliver comprehensive modular building workstreams under individual Works Orders. Required services include fabrication, storage, logistics, transportation, cranage, installation, commissioning, refurbishment, modification, relocation, removal, disposal, and associated site works.
