📋 Tender Overview Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) is seeking proposals for the provision of Independent Internal Audit and Strategic Advisory Services. This engagement aims to support the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and the Board through a structured, risk-based internal audit program. 🎯 Scope of Work The successful bidder will be responsible for: Audit Program Management: Developing a four-year strategic internal audit plan and executing approximately 3–4 audits/reviews per year. Fieldwork & Reporting: Conducting audit scoping and fieldwork in accordance with recognized professional standards, delivering actionable reports that identify root causes and control weaknesses. Advisory Services: Providing strategic risk and better-practice advice.
