Overview of services soughtThe Sheriff’s Office Victoria (SOV) is responsible for actioning warrants in Victoria and enforcing sanctions against those who do not comply with court orders in accordance with the Sheriff Act 2009. The sanctions available to Sheriff’s officers to enforce civil and criminal warrants includes the seizure and sale of assets (which includes vehicles and chattels).To support this, SOV currently outsources the following services (the Services) under an existing contract:
