The Construction and Fitout Works include, but are not limited to the following: a. The provision of Construction Services including demolition and fitout works at the premises in accordance with this Works Brief and its Attachments; and b. Procurement, installation and commissioning of Fitout items (Including workstation and loose furniture). c. These combined works are for the delivery of new or refurbished: i. Offices; ii.
