Summary and scope
GMCT is seeking an experienced contractor to construct new inventory product for Court of Tranquility in Altona Memorial Park.Only contractors with a CM3 qualification will be considered. GMCT is subject to the requirements of PDACMA (1994) and is therefore seeking responses from members of the VicRoads Prequal Panel and/or Construction Supplier Register (CSR). In accordance with PDACMA, GMCT will issue a contract in the form of AS2124. Submissions from other suitably qualified and experienced suppliers will also be considered.Update 13/10/25:An extension to this RFT has been processed. Extending from the original closure date of the 29/10/2025 to 05/11/2025. BRIEFING: On-Site Briefing. Location: 2-14 Dohertys Road, Altona North, VIC, Australia, 3025.
