Summary and scope
The objective of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to test the market and establish an agreement/s for the provision of road sealing and rehabilitation at three separate locations. Three projects were packaged into one RFT to improve interest in tendering due to the current volumes of work in Victoria as well as the logistics involved with the locations of packages of works. The package of works has been split into three separable portions as outlined below: Separable Portion 1 - Lake William Hovel & Lake Buffalo Separable Portion 2 – Lake Eppalock Separable Portion 3 – Lake Eildon GMW will consider award of a single contract for all works or separate contracts for each separable portion to achieve the best program and cost outcome. The pricing schedule includes provision for tenderers to identify cost savings offered if a single contract is awarded for all separable portions. A non-mandatory site visit has been listed. Please register your intent to attend, through each briefing registration, for each site via the briefing registration. BRIEFING: Lake WIlliam Hovel.
