Summary and scope
South Australia Police (SAPOL) require the provision of road safety cameras to detect motor vehicle offences along the River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project – the final section of the North-South Corridor (NSC). The T2D Project comprises the 10.5km motorway (lowered and surface) and bored twin tunnels (Northern and Southern), which will have three lanes operating in each direction. The road safety cameras will provide reliable and accurate motor vehicle offence detection services, ensuring SAPOL’s ability to consistently deliver improved road safety outcomes in line with South Australia’s Road Safety Strategy to 2031.
